Who is this guy.. Currently 27% down since 1st Sept. Leaning on the side of 70-80% drop in total over many months. Stance (After years of abuse) is that fundamentals don't matter in this musical chairs, cesspit of a space. I really hope i'm wrong & $TAO is different #SN62

Is Robonomics in a financial crisis? How are things with the team’s livelihood? 1/ We lost about half of the team during 2025. The core team has shrunk to 15 people, and in the previous post I roughly described what we’re currently working on. Today, only those who are directly involved in developing and growing products and services that already generate some cash flow remain on the team. Some people now hold 2 or even 3 roles that used to be more relaxed and distributed among more staff, but we’ve been operating in this mode for 5 months already, so we’re managing so far. 2/ We sold last month the team’s office and are investing the $200k received into developing online sales of devices. In 2025 we managed to move from internal prototypes to selling dev kits. We’ve built the first user community — more than 100 people in total — earned about $12,000 from sales and pre-orders so far, and we’re launching the first end-user device in January 2026. The goal is a minimal viable ecosystem of smart devices — at least 3–5 devices that run on the Robonomics platform within a single ecosystem. This will give us higher sales per user, a more loyal audience thanks to the ecosystem effect (compared to selling devices for someone else’s ecosystem), and in our moderately optimistic model we can reach $350–500k in device orders through our online stores in Japan, Europe, and the CIS during 2026–2027. 3/ We signed B2B contracts for smart-home implementation worth over $300k in Cyprus and have already completed 30% of them, receiving more than $100k from constraction developers. We expect the number of construction projects we participate in to double, or in the best case grow 5×. In that scenario, we will serve around 1,000 families whose quality of life will be provided by our hands and our technologies. 4/ We plan to launch our first fintech product based on Robonomics for mass sales — a market that no one fully understands yet, but everyone is talking about. The tokenization (RWA) wave has begun, and what it looks like right now is very boring: people just convert traditional securities into tokens. With our experience in smart homes and hardware manufacturing (environmental analyzers, energy meters, and smart-home servers), we are going to launch a service called Smart RWA: digitize the key metrics of your property and get a “living” token that reflects the most important indicators from the perspective of real estate usage. We tested the technical solution in June 2025 and now have a complete scheme for collecting and publishing housing exploitation data (while maintaining a high level of privacy inside the homes themselves). 5/ And the last big bet for the next 2 years is building a Robocorporation — a way to create liquid assets on the cryptocurrency market backed by a supply chain of smart-device sales. But let's talk about next time - it will be a long read 🤓 Joker card: even though we’re “just spinning smart light switches,” we’re actually starting production with air-quality sensors and doing enormous work on hardware as the fastest way to generate revenue for Robonomics-based products. All of this is done by people with master’s degrees in robotics and by those who have been building Robonomics almost from the very beginning (2015–2017). If the situation actually improves with the availability of programming functions for humanoid robots, we’ll jump into the game with one of the first applications for humanoid-robot app marketplaces (à la Unitree, Tesla Bot, Figure, etc.). For now, our research and activity spikes show that everything is still happening “in the kitchens” of those companies, and independent teams basically cannot program them yet (functionality is very limited). But if something shifts, we have a couple of ideas on how to sell apps for $500+ per year to owners of robots that cost as much as a car — straight to our address. Cheers 🍻✌️
