@uncledoomer About 10 years ago: Charged off to debt collector, who will use public records to hunt you down and call every number plausibly associated with you, as well as illegally re-age the debt several times so the statue of limitations never passes.
Nowadays: "the government" pays lmao

@videotechuk_ This game ran horribly on launch (think Cyberpunk/Skyrim level of hilarious bugs) but Ubisoft stuck it out for several years patching the game, and people have come around to it as their PCs have gotten better rigs (the game came out in 2014).

FYI Vanishing of Ethan Carter was nominated in our 2014 show - for Most Pretentious Indie. Took 5th place 😁
2025's show airs March 15 @ 01:00 CET

Marathon is proving to be divisive. I found nothing there for me, yet some Astronauts clocked 30 hours in the Server Slam and loved it.
For the first time, I truly feel "too old for this shit." The UI is a nightmare -- everything pulsates, icons are indistinguishable, and the UX is baffling.
I really don't see how this was greenlit. I hoped playing it would help, but it only made things worse.
I acknowledge it might just be me. It’s sensory overload, full of design decisions I disagree with. But I’m sure there are people for whom this is the coolest thing ever -- bits and consciousness streaming, cold tech rewriting humanity.
Interesting times ahead for Bungie.
