This is what a phishing email to trick you into giving away your X credentials looks like. There’s a couple yellow flags, but generally nothing screams scam. How to avoid these? Never let an email dictate your actions. If you get a CG violation, just check on the app - don’t click the link. Additionally, use Yubikeys or Passkeys for 2FA. Those tools won’t authenticate on fake versions of X - so they’ll directly counter scams like these which have you “log in” on a fake website.
