@NewLookHelp where is my refund please? Sent and received item which we faulty 3-4 weeks ago and no update. Unable to contact via live chat and WhatsApp chat was 0 help.
@HMRCcustomers It’s seems the process via post is a lot more in detail and timely compared to the online method. Why is it so different and also why can’t my identity be confirmed please?

@VodafoneUK According to the person I was on the phone to he didn’t think I would use it? However, I would have liked it as I’m going on a monthly pay as you go. My number will now be being cancelled in a month. Can I get my pac code still?
