@sainsburys But the item hasn’t been substituted. It’s the SAME ITEM. whatever offer I have given and agreed to at the time of order has NOT BEEN HONOURED at the time of delivery. How is this fair??

@beckybugaboo may cost more or less than the original item ordered. if you'd like to avoid this situation in futur4e you can opt out of substitutions. I hope this helps. Angela 2/2

@sainsburys frustrating and annoying to place an order at one cost which you change by the time it’s due for delivery. Customer service team unable to help until delivered so I am stuck paying too much for a delivery and it isn’t my fault 😡 original price £8.75. New price £21.00
