For me is having a slow morning.
Talking to God, appreciating the sunlight coming to my windows and the birds chirping outside with my coffee in my hand. Instead of instantly in stressed, rushed, to do mode that makes my nervous system go haywire. If I need to get up super early to do this I do it. Changed my stress level in ways I can’t describe
