@BootsHelp well exlempory service Boots. Not quite the curling tongs I ordered and now being told I have to arrange for the wrong delivery to be returned with no postage label before the item I actually ordered can be dispatched. Doesn't seem quote right to me?

@BootsHelp @BootsUK Ive used Staines branch for prescriptions for 20 yrs. This time I collected u changed med supplier. The new anti acid pills arent effective. I called the Staines pharmacy & they were so rude. Im told i need to get new prescription from GP & u refuse to refund!

@BootsUK I am waiting for a delivery order placed in November. No reply from customer services, no help when I call and no updated tracking info. I will now have to buy from somewhere else. @BootsUK shocking I will never order from you again

Does anyone else find after being on an interview panel it makes you reflect on your own knowledge and experience? This year has been manic with little time to do anything other than clinical work. So last night I took sometime and now have an updated CV!

Yesterday I hit a massive brick wall, I have a community patient that has truly tested all my resources and I felt that I had no more tricks up my sleeve. So glad I opened up to my colleagues and support came flooding in. I feel ready to face whatever today throws at me #OT #mpft
