seems to be either only the right cap when holding tab or the other way around

For me it doesn't seem to be the case. Only 400, 500 cap work fine. Others can try this on ag2 branch and share their results.

@iamcs2kitchen on another note ive noticed that the fps_max cap is bugged on ag2 branch and will only cap in steps of 100 unless scoreboard is held
