@BBCMorningLive Everyone should have had compensation for this, I was made to feel so embarrassed at a till(also to note I was very ill and was getting some needed bits from a shop near the hospital) yet I don't seem to have been acknowledged for that along with so many others @BarclaysUKHelp

@barclays I hope compensation will be given to everyone... the embarrassing situation that I was put in having to put shopping back, because I couldn't spend my own money.. and so many others that had the same issue, everyone was effected 😭

@BarclaysUKHelp Are you going to ring my council, british gas, Water, tv licence, EE, and everything else I can't do and explain why they are not getting paid, because somehow I don't think any of these are going to be accepting a I don't know what's going on response 🤷‍♀️

@Barclays come on get it sorted what are you doing! If you have a team of IT people it should be done by now! I just tried to buy food in a restaurant imagine how I felt not being able to pay for the food as non of my Barclay debit or credit cards work.. if only I had other bank cards in my pocket I could of used
