Last time i was open she told me that my struggles with ptsd/everything was MY FAULT for not getting over my 'stupid childish traumas' and that until i stopped playing victim she would never help me again, as our sessions were pointless and she didnt want to waste her time on me

Ive had like 7 therapists through my life all their advice was literally "You need to get over it. No im telling you how or actually helping you, you just have to do it. And if you fail im going to blame you for not knowing and needing help" being honest made it Worse
