@KirstyLiddiard1 That bit was so sad to read. It’s crazy that filmmakers will spend so much time, money and effort on their film but won’t consider embedding accessibility throughout filmmaking to make sure that everyone can enjoy their work 🙈

‘However, several filmmakers have declined the request to provide open captions onscreen, citing the costs & time associated with making another print. Some even suggested that including captions onscreen could hurt the film’s asking prices on the market & distribution.’
