The reason we went out on our doorsteps and clapped them… Was because they put their lives at risk to save ours Because they had to go to work when we could seek refuge at home Because day after day they go above and beyond for us Now pay them for it.

Lots of hate directed at us on twitter today! It won’t distract us from our fight, we believe in a fully funded NHS which is safe for all. We also believe that year on year of cuts to our pay leaving us in a dangerous retention crisis isn’t ok either. Haters gonna hate ✌️

It feels increasingly like it’s the living standards of ordinary people being sacrificed in the name of tackling inflation whilst others are left completely free to charge inflated prices and make excessive profits.

Due to adverse effects of weather, the transport strike and high levels of staff absence, we are unable to open the school site today. Remote lessons again. Students should not come into school. Lessons start at 9am. Thank you for your ongoing support. #WeAreWoodcote
