@StockSavvyShay @FuturumEquities Hahah $TSLA at 4.9x? Lets break it down. On an adjusted basis (excluding credits and one-offs), earnings are closer to ~$2bn, implying a ~750x P/E. Earnings are trending lower, not higher. Negative PEG is meaningless. The current price is 98% based on zero-revenue segments. Sell!

@ronjonbSaaS It doesn’t mean that if a stock goes up, it’s a good investment. $TSLA is hyped-up junk, the most overvalued company in history. The whole Buffett philosophy is centered on the premise that you can explain the business. Currently, only about 1% of Tesla’s price can be explained.

@NightRider1023 @RealJimChanos Jim was 100% correct on Tesla. It doesn't mean if the stock went up on empty promises that investment in $TSLA was good and that he was wrong. People also buy $BTC so does it make a good investment? Ofc not. Both Tesla and Bitcoin are junk and both will go down to zero. Remember!

Sasvim normalno. Zatim su usledili protesti, nacionalna previranja i kraj!

Eto, toliko o "proizvodnji" i izvozu.

People seem to forget that $TSLA was trading at 1100x earnings back in 2020 and it quickly grew into its earnings when the Model Y ramped production and deliveries grew FAST. Same will happen with earnings from RoboTaxi and the steep part of that growth curve will be STEEP! 🚀

$TSLA PE currently 362x. Probably should be 18-30 x. That’s a 90% drop from here. And for those that struggle with math that’s about $36. Enjoy earnings. And please pay no attention to the projected cash burn.

Bill Ackman turned $27 million into $2.6 billion in 30 days. Here's the exact trade, and why the same setup exists right now. In February 2020, Ackman saw COVID spreading through Italy and realized the US market hadn't priced in what was about to happen. He spent $27 million buying credit default swaps on the investment-grade corporate bond index. Basically insurance policies that pay out when companies start defaulting on debt. 30 days later the market collapsed 30%. His $27 million position was worth $2.6 billion. A 9,500% return in one month. Then he did something even smarter. He sold the hedge at the bottom and used the $2.6 billion to buy stocks at March 2020 lows. Hilton, Lowe's, Agilent. Bought them at maximum fear. Those positions doubled and tripled over the next 18 months. $27 million into $2.6 billion into an equity portfolio worth over $10 billion. All from one trade that started as a hedge. This wasn't luck. The setup was visible weeks before the crash if you were watching the right signals. Corporate credit spreads were widening. Italy's healthcare system was collapsing in real time. The VIX was still low because nobody believed it would reach America. The same type of asymmetric setup exists right now. Not the same trade. But the same structure. The Buffett Indicator just hit 232%. Highest in history. Buffett himself is sitting on $334 billion cash. Private credit funds are gating $4.6 billion in redemptions. The former Treasury Secretary just called for an emergency plan for a potential bond market crash. Oil is above $100. Everything is priced for the best case. The hedge costs almost nothing when everyone believes the best case. You don't need to be Bill Ackman. You need the same concept at your scale. Tail-risk hedging for a regular portfolio: Put options on SPY (S&P 500 ETF). A put 20% below current price expiring 6 months out costs roughly 1-2% of the position you're protecting. If the market drops 30%, that 1-2% position returns 10-15x. If the market doesn't drop, you lose the 1-2% premium and your portfolio keeps running. That's the Ackman structure in miniature. Small cost. Asymmetric payoff. Raise cash to 20-30%. Park in T-bills at 5.2%. You're getting paid to wait. Set limit orders 30-40% below current prices on companies you want to own forever. AAPL, MSFT, GOOG, AMZN. If the crash comes, you buy automatically at prices you chose in advance. Allocate 5-10% to commodities that benefit from chaos. Gold miners (GDX), uranium (CCJ), energy producers (XOM, CVX) with 3-4% dividend yields. The entire Ackman thesis was one insight: markets price the consensus, not the risk. When consensus is "everything is fine" and the risk is building underneath, the hedge is cheap. Right now, consensus is "the worst is over." The Buffett Indicator says otherwise. Buffett's own cash position says otherwise. The Fed printing $40 billion says otherwise. The hedge is cheap when nobody thinks they need one. every week i break down what institutional money is actually doing and the asymmetric setups building in real time. former banker. real trades. felixfriends.org/live (bill ackman spent $27 million on credit default swaps. 30 days later they were worth $2.6 billion. he sold the hedge at the bottom, bought stocks at maximum fear, and turned it into $10 billion. the setup was visible weeks before the crash if you watched the right signals. the buffett indicator just hit the highest level in american history. buffett is sitting on $334 billion cash. private credit funds are locking people's money behind gates. the former treasury secretary is calling for an emergency plan. the hedge costs 1-2% of your portfolio. the consensus says everything is fine. it always does.)

$TSLA’s ~$1.5T valuation now rivals the next 30 global automakers combined. From $TM to $BYDDF and $VWAGY, the gap highlights how markets are pricing Tesla beyond traditional auto—toward software, autonomy, and energy. Is this justified or stretched?

@JonathanZalesne @alex_avoigt We are pretty much apart on Tesla valuation)) my $TSLA price target was single digit, but as results are coming in its getting down to $2.5 per share or about $8.5bn market cap since forward earnings are more likely to be $1billion, and not $1 trillion. So I am 99.9% lower))

I value Tesla at $2500 per share. That is why I own it. I believe it will get there within 4 years. If SpaceX offered $600 per share today, which is crazy high compared to the market price, Tesla share holders would likely accept it, while I would feel like the rug has been ripped out from under me. And I think many small shareholders like me agree. That is why I am panicking.

No Tesla shareholder should worry about the expected merger of SpaceX & Tesla First of all - and this is something many of those panicking don’t seem to know - the terms of a takeover or merger are independent of the stock price. Its an input but not a value that will be used to calculate the takeover or merger terms and conditions. In other words: Some believe that if Tesla’s stock price were low, “SpaceX” could buy Tesla cheap, but that’s wrong, because Tesla shareholders must approve the deal, and if it isn’t fair, they won’t do so. What typically happens in a merger or acquisition is that a higher-than-expected price is agreed upon, and the mere announcement of a planned merger or acquisition leads to a jump in the stock price because future benefits are priced in. We’ve all seen time and again that the mere announcement of a merger sends a stock price soaring, and that’s exactly what will happen with Tesla, because Elon knows that the company is worth many times more than its current stock price suggests. The intrinsic value of Tesla is huge and that will be reflected in the stock price as well as a massive amount of synergies the new company has. The same thing that we have seen so often will happen when the plan for a merger or acquisition between Tesla and SpaceX is announced. Tesla’s stock price could rise quite dramatically, as investors anticipate that SpaceX will have to account for the intrinsic value and the synergies - or at least a large portion of it. Elon must make the deal for shareholders attractive and we know that he will as he said many times the Tesla stock will be worth a lot and you better keep them. So when you hear about Tesla and SpaceX’s plan to merge, don’t worry—be happy. $tsla

@ronjonbSaaS Valuation is a function of timing, not just outcome. Tesla remains a declining auto revenue business, which commands a single-digit P/E not triple digits (implied 99% drop). Meanwhile, robotaxi and robotics revenues are still effectively zero. $TSLA is t biggest fraud in history!

You may wonder why $TSLA isn’t a $700 stock today? Well the answer is… ✅ 99% of the population doesn’t have any idea of how Magical 🧙 FSD is. ✅ 99% of the population does know that the Cybercab with a 25 cents/ mile cost will disrupt both ride hailing and car ownership. ✅ 99% of the population doesn’t know that Tesla is also a battery 🔋, solar 🌞, robotics 🦾 and a Verically Integrated PHYSICAL AI leader.
