We like to talk about our successes but today I’m going to talk about my failures. The first part of last year has been probably one of the worst for me. Lost so much of my net worth I was almost ready to quit. I did keep decent amount of my profits from last cycle but greatly underestimated how low the market can go. Call it a mix of trading addiction and feeling the need to be early. First I lost money due to API hack on Binance. Then several bad trading decision followed. I kept longing in to a nuking market thinking it has to reverse. Getting close to a liquidation and depositing more. I kept thinking I will certainly make it back this time. And that’s probably the most dangerous thinking a trader can have. That he needs to make it back and the universe is there to help him. It’s not.. Things are going well today and I think I learned my lesson this time. When the conditions are not in your favor, you need to know to step back and focus on something else. As I always say, patience is the key..
