Interesting point in Frontline re importance of pacing for post exertional symptom exacerbation. If we advise pacing to manage this we should also pace our ax and rx. E.g., if a pt finds cognitive tasks exhausting, answering multiple questions could trigger symptoms #LongCovid

Have any of you wonderful clinicians had experience with Pisa Syndrome (lateral trunk flexion >10 degrees, common with PD). I would love to learn about your experience and gain some rehab ideas as it seems there is a limit evidence base.

After a few busy months and a quiet twitter account I am back. The final months at uni were different... but still fab and now I am a qualified Physiotherapist! I have been in my first rotation, Community Physio, for 3 weeks now and it is fab. What an exciting profession PT is!

If anything my experiences in Community Neuro and Resp alongside my theory knowledge were how I successfully answered my acute resp interview Q earlier this year. #physiotalk
