No one is addicted to losing money. They are addicted to hope.

Maybe history doesn’t repeat itself.
Maybe people just keep responding to power in predictable ways.

#___MY__WEDDING__NIGHT
#EPISODE__1
“I woke up beside my husband’s dead body on our wedding night.”
At first, I thought the blood soaking our bed was spilled wine from the wedding celebration downstairs.
Then I saw the knife buried deep in Damian’s chest.
My scream echoed through the room.
Just a few hours earlier…
He was holding me like a man who never wanted to lose me.
The dim lights in our bedroom softly reflected against his skin as he pulled me closer and kissed my forehead gently.
After everything we suffered just to finally be together…
That night finally felt like peace.
I remember staring at him and thinking:
“This is the man I want to spend forever with.”
Damian always knew how to make me feel safe.
The way he touched me. The way he looked into my eyes. The way his heartbeat slowed whenever he held me close.
Everything about him felt real.
That night, we talked for hours.
We laughed. We kissed. We promised each other forever.
And before we fell asleep, he whispered something into my ear that still haunts me till today:
“If anything ever happens to me… don’t trust anybody in this house.”
At that moment, I laughed.
I thought he was joking.
I had no idea those would become the last words I would ever hear from my husband.
Because when I woke up the next morning…
Damian was lying beside me cold and lifeless.
His chest soaked in blood.
A knife buried deep inside him.
And the bedroom door was locked from the inside.
To be continued.✍️
