@BekoUK Really disappointed with Hotpoint. Washing machine repair now at SIX visits and still not fixed. Promised a call back, never happened. Now told next slot is weeks away. Unacceptable service. Would not recommend Hotpoint/Beko to anyone.

@BekoUK I waited in all day waiting for an engineer to visit. We have a two week old machine with a problematic filter & support was fantastic on the phone. Your engineer has COMPLETED the job but never visited — check their GPS. I have a three year old that needs clean clothes

@BekoUK really need to work on their customer service. Spoke to a Joann today who not only sounds like a complete oik but behaves like one too. Had to ring back to get someone who was marginally better but not much. Do you hire only ex-offenders? That's what they all sound like.

How can you deliver a brand new in the box Fridge/freezer, only to plumb it in and find it leaks! Then to add insult to injury inform the customer it will be a weeks wait for an “engineer” to come and look at it🤣 @BekoUK

Hey @BekoUK I bought this freezer at @currys in Crawley yesterday. BEKO UFF4584W Undercounter Freezer - White. I unpacked at home to find bottom rear side crushed. Returned to store, they checked another box to replace and both rear bottoms damaged. Why substandard goods sold?

@BekoUK Can you tell us how long a VRR 60315 VW Robot battery lasts? Fan stuck running. All power turned off, online help does not even mention and guide points you to a battery location that does not exist. Not happy leaving appliance running in this state, so far two hours!!

Shocking service off @BekoUK regarding fixing a hob. 3 appointments canceled by them 20 minutes later than allotted time saying that the parts haven't arrived. Phoned to complain and told someone from the complaints team would ring me within 24 hrs. Guess what. No phone call.
