She should have spoke Maithili tbh. I think it’s time for Kathmandu to learn basic Maithili as well. Language barrier played a huge gap between Kathmandu and Madesh. It’s time to narrow down that gap.

Crossing a Street in Kathmandu - Don’t Die
Here’s an early morning, not too much traffic, street crossing in Kathmandu. No street lights, no cross walks, no lines in the road……..just flow. “Rule of Hierarchy”: the Biggest thing has the right of way”. Trucks over cars, cars over motorcycles, etc etc. Humans?……are the last in line. Rule of thumb…..keep moving with the flow, don’t stop.
