@rkrager8 @wc03778481 That’s the wait to take a photo at Johnston Canyon waterfall. I can attest to that crowd. You can find other, less populated hikes but avoiding all crowds will be almost impossible. The caverns in Banff were neat and could be interesting to kids.

I am in the middle of planning a summer vacation to Banff and I feel in over my head. Plus, I hate crowds in nature. Sounds like Banff is the chic place to be, which isn't my thing.

@rkrager8 Little Beehive was not at all packed in mid July, but it isn’t exactly kid friendly. Halfway up the hike is doable by kids, to the Lake Agnes tea house (Lake Louise). Johnston Canyon is a kid friendly hike but was busier than Lake Louise (probably because low difficulty)

@Hectorthehawk To think that Van Slooten should be drafted over Hannah is hilarious. She at least deserves an opportunity to get on a training camp roster or be a developmental player. She played on the AmeriCup team this past summer- clearly those coaches saw her potential
