Clark being picked up 92 feet, in a preseason game, says it all. And is why they want to sneak in rest for her, off the ball, from time to time. But if she gets it — they're going. Incredible pace right now.

Without this global town square for free speech, a lot of important things never would’ve seen daylight. Real-time information governments tried to bury. Scientific debate that was actively censored. Voices that would’ve stayed silenced forever. Respect to @elonmusk for being the man in the arena when it actually counted. 🫡🙏

Caitlin Clark on playing off the ball: “It is exhausting bringing the ball up the floor 94 feet versus pressure every single time, so we certainly need to find someone who can handle the ball … I think Raven and Ty, even other people through camp, have done a great job.”

Eric Weinstein just described the end of the mapped life. For ten thousand years, humans had to earn the right to exist. Pick a noun. Become the noun. Die as the noun. Accountant. Teacher. Radiologist. The box had a name. You climbed inside and stayed until retirement or death. Weinstein: “Every occupation that is named is over.” Not automated. Not replaced. Named. You picked a noun. It told the world who you were. Then it told you who you were. If your future has a title your parents recognize, that future is already dissolving beneath you. Weinstein: “A tsunami of a lifetime is coming and nothing your elders have seen is gonna prepare you.” People hear this and assume it’s about unemployment. It’s not. It’s about identity. The machines aren’t absorbing tasks. They’re dissolving the categories we built ourselves around. You spent your whole life becoming a noun. The noun is about to stop existing. When the label disappears, what’s left of you? Weinstein: “Get flexible. Get good on a bunch of different stuff. Learn how to think across disciplines.” Stop being a noun. Start being a verb. But the most important thing Weinstein said has nothing to do with strategy. It touches something much older. Something closer to the bone. In a world where AI is world-class at everything, what is the point of a human being? Weinstein: “I think you should be able to just have a life. I have a golden retriever. I don’t know that it’s the greatest golden retriever in the world.” For ten thousand years, human worth was measured by output. How much you could lift. How fast you could think. How much value you could squeeze from a single day. We trained ourselves to think like machines because machines didn’t exist yet. Now they do. And they will be better than us at every measurable thing. Most people hear that and feel terror. They should feel something closer to relief. When a machine can do it better, the metric dies. When the metric dies, the cage opens. You were never supposed to be a spreadsheet. You were never supposed to justify your breath with a job title. Your golden retriever doesn’t optimize. It doesn’t produce quarterly earnings. It doesn’t prove it’s worth to anyone. It just lives. And you love it anyway. That was always the offer. We just couldn’t afford it. Now we can. We spent ten thousand years trying to prove we were machines. The machines just arrived to tell us we never had to be.

@BlameVenom There is still only one ball. And Clark is a turnover machine. Best case scenario: Boston has MVP type year and carries the team near top of the league. Worst case Clark never returns to pre injury form and keeps turning it over at record pace.

What Doesn’t Change Is The Fever Still Have The Best Big 3 In The WNBA.. The Load Will Be A Lot To Carry & Alot Of Things Would Have To Go In Their Favor For Them To Win It All But On Paper This Is A Top Heavy Roster & I Expect A Slightly Above Average Season Hovering Just Over .500

Simply Explained: Emergency Meeting Called! Fever Front Office Panics as Caitlin Clark Boycott Threat Grows! The Indiana Fever front office is facing massive backlash after a disastrous offseason that has fans demanding championship or bust. From Stephanie White's controversial comments about playing Caitlin Clark off-ball to free agency signings that brought in players who publicly criticized Clark and her fanbase, the decisions keep piling up. The 2025 WNBA Draft made things worse when Indiana selected Raven Johnson with the 10th pick despite already having three point guards on the roster. Fans are furious, ticket sales are being boycotted, and comparisons to LeBron leaving Cleveland are everywhere. In this video, we break down exactly what went wrong with the Indiana Fever this offseason. We cover the Stephanie White hiring controversy, the free agency decisions that brought Clark's critics into the locker room, the Raven Johnson draft pick that ignored the team's real needs, and why $700,000 in salary cap space is now tied up in backup point guards. We also explore why fans believe the front office is minimizing Caitlin Clark rather than maximizing her, and what this means for her future in Indiana. Caitlin Clark is the biggest star in women's basketball history. She transformed WNBA attendance, television ratings, and revenue across the entire league. So why does it feel like the Fever front office is building against her instead of around her? Championship or bust isn't hyperbole anymore - it's the only standard fans are willing to accept. 📢 Subscribe for daily WNBA coverage and Caitlin Clark updates!
