Hey all! We promised we would be better about communication moving forward and we want to live up to that. We have decided that we are going to hold back PCVR a LITTLE bit longer. Instead of launching it and then doing a quick turnaround patch (our original plan), we are going to roll in the patch fixes and updates directly to the PCVR launch build. We are also going to incorporate fixes to some of the main issues we’re seeing in the current community playthroughs. Our goal is to launch a higher quality PCVR edition and then patch the PSVR 2 version so there is complete parity between the two platforms. We are working hard with our porting partners at Devoted Studios with the goal of getting the PCVR launch and PSVR 2 patch ready within the next 2 weeks! We know it's frustrating when it appears that we aren't communicating and that can come across as if we’re not paying attention. That cannot be farther from the truth. We take this community very seriously because the community is what makes everything we do worthwhile. While I wish we could always be perfect, we do always strive to do better!

@bellslimes @SteelWoolStudio Or with the port errors. It seems you're just looking to change your excuse all the time. There are countless examples of brands that collaborated with FNaF making mistakes of that magnitude or worse, and some are still working with the saga

The version was released with bugs because Steel Wool released it on schedule instead of delaying it, as some have done. Regarding the image errors, I don't know what that has to do with AI---

@bellslimes @SteelWoolStudio And what did I just say? I said exactly that THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. But the criticism is making them try to fix it and release a decent PC version. The problem was being aware of them. Which, by the way, wasn't even the point. We were talking about Devoted and AI, not bugs.

@TheMagicalFlame @SteelWoolStudio 8 months for this product is disgraceful and should NOT be the norm for games, VR or not. They chose to release the VR port early despite all of the bugs and issues involved. Not hard to see that this is a problem and things need to change internally.

They explicitly say they want to fix those bugs and thats why they're delaying the release When they released the PSVR version they already said it had critical bugs, the problem isn't that there are bugs, but that they release it with them being aware

@bellslimes @SteelWoolStudio The point of hiring a company is to get the job done faster and more efficiently so they can focus on their core projects lol. I'm not advocating for AI, I just think SW won't do anything about it because, aside from being a company, AI doesn't affect game development.

I said things in the most deplorable way, and while unintentional, directly fueled the points being claimed against me. I didn't help my case there, I made it worse, and I don't accept forgiveness from anyone who saw me try and save face horribly. 17/?
