@patio11 Just posted about this. I called “customer support” and got the sense that they have been fielding many complaint calls. The boilerplate responses are hilarious, as they basically say the fee is to justify the partnerships with Lyft and Doordash.

I would love to be a fly on the wall for conversations about e.g. the Chase Sapphire Reserve’s annual fee. (Going up again, to $550.) My bet is it’s both about the direct economics and about making that card irrational for any but their best customers.

Praying for a 7-game series in these @NBA finals, so that the lull between end of season and NFL kickoff isn’t quite as long. Always such a dark time. 😭

@NFL — these penalties are absolutely ruining the game. The roughing the passer penalty they just called against the Panthers was pathetic. You have to give defenses the ability to finish plays!

@SeanPayton has the @Saints are playing some great football. They can take their time in getting Brees and Kamara back because Teddy and Murray have really stepped up. Plus the defense is firing!!
