I spent the past 2 years in Toronto where the sky is grey for 5 months straight.
No sun.
No energy.
No reason to step outside from November to March.
Now I wake up in a tropical country.
Ocean air.
Palm trees.
Working poolside & at our office.
Taking calls from the balcony at sunset.
No one appreciates a warm climate more than someone raised in a city that’s grey half the year.
Some of the big venture and YC companies have posted blogs of them VS @Kendosalesai already 👀
The blogs are blatantly wrong lol but looks like someone is feeling the pressure
Apparently Elon fixed the algorithm yesterday and "OG Money Twitter" is back
So I'm starting a thread of the best business / marketing / AI tips I have learned over the past 12 months
Strap in:
I made a D100 prompting doc that you feed to a Claude project and it conducts the entire D100 process for you
> Find ICPs to target based on your service
> Find contacts in that ICP, pulled from LinkedIn
> Researches the prospect and their company - pulling from their website, blogs, social media
> Crafts outreach messaging, personalized to the prospect based on their research
> CREATES THE D100 DELIVERABLE FOR YOU !!!
Takes hours of dream 100 outreach and condenses it into a 10 minute process
Comment "D100" and I'll DM you the doc so you can feed it to your own Claude project
i used to run a lead gen agency booking calls for other people's businesses
it was going well, until i realized the guys i was booking calls for were bleeding deals because their closers were ass
i'd send 30 qualified appointments a month and watch a $50k opportunity get fumbled by someone who panicked the second a prospect said "let me think about it”
so i started quietly fixing it
placed a closer here, recruited a setter there, did it for free because i wanted to see what happened.
8 months of doing that for nothing and business owners were hunting me down asking if i could find them people.
that's when it clicked.
the actual bottleneck in online business isn't leads. leads are almost never the problem. the problem is what happens to the lead once they're in the room.
are they showing?
getting nurtured?
properly treated?
and nobody talks about it because lead gen is sexy and recruiting feels like boring operations.
i killed the agency and went all in on placing closers and fixing sales teams soon after
placed over 130 reps since.
tripled a client's revenue without touching their lead volume.
took another from 30k to 90k in under 60 days.
$3M+ generated as a whole
the pivot felt risky but it was the smartest thing i have ever done.
and i’m telling you this to reintroduce myself after months of not being active on X
now i’ll be sharing everything i’ve ever learned about sales in this time
everything from:
- pre-call sequences
- recruiting
- training
- tracking
- handling objections
- crafting killer offers
- tonality
- mirroring
- etc
just wanted to let you know that MASSIVE sauce is incoming
giving out value where people lack is exactly why i got into high ticket b2b sales in the first place
will fulfill on that now
don’t miss out

I never realized something until I was away from it for 6 weeks.
There is something very, very wrong with Canada.
It's like a spiritual rot. It's a true Evil that has subverted near everything.
I mean, I can list all the things wrong here, but it goes beyond that. And beyond just mere corruption.
You feel the weight of it lift when you leave, and you feel it settle back onto your shoulders when you return.
It's like a moldy smell that just won't go away, no matter what you do.
I truly detest what has happened to my homeland.
For the past 4 weeks I’ve been saving music for the weekends only it's honestly been awesome. I used to take music for granted but now I savour it on the weekends and it makes me have something to look forward to on the weekend now that I don't drink or smoke. Friday nights are lit again.
