Clean ad on Meta from $OPEN Right when the housing market gets hot at this time of year. Meta ads are very powerful. I know from the 8 figures of spend that flows through @akemicorp I’m biased. Bullish perhaps.

We're making a big shift right now from "email marketing agency" to something closer to a retention intelligence partner and here's why: AI is coming for content production. It's not there yet but it will be. And when it is, the agency that's mainly just designing pretty emails and writing copy is going to have a really hard time justifying their retainer. The client is going to look at that and think they can do that themselves now rather than pay you. So the question we've been asking ourselves is what do we actually offer that can't be replicated with AI (at least for a few years). And the answer for us has been going way deeper into the data and retention. Stuff like: → Cohort LTV analysis across different acquisition offers → Which products produce the highest quality customers long term → Acting as finance partners → Ad funnel insights that feed back into the brand's growth strategy → Monthly retention reporting that actually means something with action items None of that lives inside Klaviyo, and won’t be getting replaced by AI anytime soon. I've learned that if you can show a brand something about their own business that they didn't know... you become way more than an email team. Like I was digging through cohort data for one of our brands recently and noticed something weird: Customers acquired on one specific product had a 50% higher LTV at month six than customers acquired on their other main product. But almost all of their ad spend was going to the wrong one. So I pulled up the graphs on our next call and just showed them. They're now restructuring their entire site and their ad funnels around that product instead. That one conversation probably did more for their business than six months of email campaigns. So now every brand that comes on with us is getting: → Full retention audits → Monthly cohort breakdowns and LTV analysis → CAC and payback period reporting → Ad funnel insights fed back to the brand Will be rolling out across all current clients here soon. We're not just living inside Klaviyo anymore… Still early in building all of this out and lots to figure out. But this is where we're going.

i made an app that feeds you to the sharks if you don't publicly launch your own product in 30 days. no more of this: "dude i just 100x'ed my workflow with this new AI model"... meanwhile... 0 projects launched 0 revenue 0 users 100 x 0 = still 0. it's time to go from 0 to 1. it's time to: SHlPORDIE.COM 🏴‍☠️. ship a new product every 30 days until one changes your life or... DIE, in the app, and get kicked from the community forever while being publicly humiliated. no refunds for those who fail to ship. custom trophies to be collected for those who succeed. if you DO ship, you also get to remain in a community of people who actually ship things and get users ++ revenue. sidenote: i'm really excited to see if this can be the push someone needs like how @marclou's shipfast project pushed me and is the entire reason i have a $35K MRR solo operated SaaS now and many other successful mobile apps GLHF, DON'T DIE, and KEEP GOING!! i've never taken a launch this legit so let's see how it goes :)

"AI customer service is bad." People have been saying this every single year since 2020. Meanwhile the brands actually using it went from resolving 10K conversations a month to over 120K. The gap between "AI is bad" and "AI is handling everything" gets wider every year. At some point you have to ask: are the people complaining about AI customer service the same ones still answering DMs manually at 11pm? Because the brands that adopted it early aren't going back. Full disclosure: I own a piece of @SmartReply_AI and I've watched this curve happen in real time. But that's exactly why I got involved, the data was obvious years ago.

Changed one thing and took an 8-figure brand's welcome flow from $33,000 to $210,000/month. 📁 The exact 7-step framework ┃ ┣ 📁 AUDIT THE POP-UP FORM AND WELCOME FLOW TOGETHER ┃ ┣ 📁 Pull up your pop-up form and your welcome flow side by side in Klaviyo. ┃ ┣ 📁 Check whether the offer on the pop-up is the same offer carried into the welcome emails. ┃ ┣ 📁 Treat the pop-up form and welcome flow as one cohesive unit instead of two separate pieces. ┃ ┣ 📁 SKIP THE SUBJECT LINES, COPY TWEAKS, AND EXTRA EMAILS ┃ ┣ 📁 Leave the subject lines alone because rewriting them brings back 10% extra revenue at best. ┃ ┣ 📁 Avoid reworking the copy inside the welcome emails since it sits in the same 10% ceiling. ┃ ┣ 📁 Go straight to testing the offer because that's the only lever that returns 5x, 6x, or 10x. ┃ ┣ 📁 SET 10% OF AOV AS YOUR DOLLAR-OFF BENCHMARK ┃ ┣ 📁 Find your store's average order value inside Shopify or Klaviyo. ┃ ┣ 📁 Multiply that AOV by 10% to calculate the dollar-off figure you'll test. ┃ ┣ 📁 On a $250 AOV, the calculation lands you at $25 off as the benchmark. ┃ ┣ 📁 Match your free gift cost to the same $25 value, so all three offers weigh the same on the backend. ┃ ┣ 📁 RUN THE A/B/C OFFER TEST ON THE POP-UP FORM ┃ ┣ 📁 Build 3 variations of the same pop-up form inside Klaviyo using the clone variation button. ┃ ┣ 📁 Set variation one to 10% off, variation two to $25 off, and variation three to the free gift. ┃ ┣ 📁 Change only the offer copy across the 3 variations while keeping the rest of the form identical. ┃ ┣ 📁 Split traffic evenly across the variations so the offer is the only variable moving the results. ┃ ┣ 📁 FRAME THE DOLLAR OFFER AS REAL MONEY IN THE COPY ┃ ┣ 📁 Write the headline on the dollar off variation as “You’ve got $25 off” instead of “Get 10% off.” ┃ ┣ 📁 Carry the dollar figure through the CTA button and every step of the pop-up form. ┃ ┣ 📁 Give the customer a visual of a $20 bill and a $5 bill instead of a percentage they have to calculate. ┃ ┣ 📁 TAG EACH SUBSCRIBER WITH A PROFILE PROPERTY AT OPT-IN ┃ ┣ 📁 Open the email submit step inside each pop-up variation in Klaviyo. ┃ ┣ 📁 Add a custom profile property called “offer,” so it fires the moment a subscriber hands over their email. ┃ ┣ 📁 Set the value on each variation to match the offer: “percent” for 10% off, “dollar” for $25 off, and "free gift" for the free gift. ┃ ┣ CONDITIONAL SPLIT THE WELCOME FLOW BY PROFILE PROPERTY ┃ ┣ 📁 Drag a conditional split to the top of your welcome flow inside the Klaviyo flow builder. ┃ ┣ 📁 Branch the flow based on the “offer” property you set on the pop-up form. ┃ ┣ 📁 Build 3 identical welcome emails underneath, one per branch of the split. ┃ ┗ 📁 Swap only the offer line and the discount code between them so each subscriber receives exactly what they signed up for. That's how one offer test took an 8-figure brand's welcome flow from $33K to $210K/month. - Email revenue: $579K in February to $968K in March - Form leads: 7,900 in January to 59,000 in March - Placed order rate: 3.3% to 11.3% - Email now 40% of total store revenue

Unironically banger ad for Chewy.
kp⁷💜 is seeing bangtan@bulletproofkp

Just curious @Chewy twice now I’ve gotten ads on my instagram feed from your blue check verified instagram page and it’s of a quarter with maggots on it I’m so confused Is AI running your instagram ad campaigns and simultaneously ruining them?

"Just make better ads." Cool. How? The honest answer nobody wants to hear: you make 100 mediocre ones first. Meta ads, YouTube, TikTok, organic; it's all the same game now. Volume and quality.
