@westhamfootball Why are we trying to spin the narrative and make it sound like this is a coup that we’ve completed in time? The club has had a whole MONTH to sign a centre back, yet we’ve left it until the last minute and left our squad incredibly thin as a result. Total incompetence.

Window closed. And as expected no one has signed today. Disasi deal still apparently on, deal sheet apparently submitted but there are still “hurdles” to overcome and no one would be surprised if falls through.
Yes we got a couple of Strikers, a winger and an unknown player in for the future, But it isn’t enough.
For months we have known that we needed at least one CB. and the ownership have failed to address that and has let us down again, leaving us short.
We have also let 8 players go, either on permanent deals or loans making it seem like the owners have prioritised making a profit, in a window where the priority should of been, to do whatever needs to be done to get reinforcements in to help us stay in the league.
It’s the same story every year. And will never change while they are in charge.

@westhamfan86 Second half we looked a different team - and that equaliser lit a fire underneath us and genuinely looked like we could’ve won it. Very positive change compared to what we’ve seen under previous managers.

We have collected 9 points under Nuno, with 8 of those coming from losing positions.
By comparison, the team earned only 6 points from losing positions under Lopetegui and Potter combined.
While certain tactical decisions may be questionable, it is clear that Nuno has instilled greater fight and character within the squad. And that is something we have been missing the past couple of years.

They’ve only gone and done it.
Mjällby, in the 3rd tier of Sweden just 7 years ago, have won their first ever Swedish title. A true footballing fairytale. Look what it means to them. 🥹

Swedish side Mjällby are on the verge of their first top flight Swedish title after a 1-0 win over the weekend took them 10 points clear of Hammarby with 7 games left to play. Formed in 1939, they’ve played just 9 seasons in the Swedish top tier in their history. Some story.

For decades, Australia’s alliance with the United States has supported security and prosperity.
Our partnership is strong. And I’m here in Washington D.C. with President Trump building on it for the future.
Today we’ve announced we’ll make more things together - using Australia’s critical minerals to power American technology.
A huge investment by both our countries in Australia. And an exciting new chapter in our shared history. 🇦🇺🇺🇸

A landmark agreement's been signed between Donald Trump and Anthony Albanese over the production of critical minerals - marking a "new chapter" in the two countries' 70-year alliance.
