1/2: In the last week @OVOEnergy has: 1. Emailed to thank me for letting them know I will be moving house (I am not). 2. Responded to my email in which I told them I am not moving house – not to worry, they understood. 3. Cancelled and closed our account regardless. cont'd

2/2 : @OVOEnergy 4. Left us without electric/gas for a whole day. 5. Kept me on hold, total of 5 hrs. 6. Continued charging £300 per mnth for the accnt they mistakenly closed. 7. Opened new accnt with wrong address. I',m currently on hold. Avoid, avoid, avoid

To everyone and anyone seeing this, avoid @OVOEnergy at all costs (even if it means paying more to go with another supplier). Literally the most disorganised company known to man. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
