@ryangrim It never occurred to you that their distorted report on the alleged Jewish lobby might have been so fallacious and unfair that the attacked parties felt the urgent necessity to fight against these accusations in all legitimate means?! They have actually created this phenomenon

In 2006, two academics, John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt, wrote a paper called “The Israel Lobby,” which argued that a loose group of Israel supporters used their connections and financial resources to tilt US foreign policy in Israel’s direction. One of them, Stephen Walt, was academic dean of The Harvard Kennedy School, which put him at the pinnacle of his profession. The savage response to the paper was like nothing academia had ever seen. We can now report that Jeffrey Epstein helped coordinate the counterattack with Alan Dershowitz, while Larry Summers was Harvard president. And Les Wexner was one of the largest donors to the Kennedy School, if not the largest. Epstein controlled Wexner’s money. In other words, a loose group of powerful supporters of Israel used their financial resources and connections behind the scenes to destroy the reputations of two academics who wrote a paper arguing that a loose group of Israel supporters was using their connections and financial resources to shape American foreign policy. @thesundaysport Because the life expectancy of a man who is born in and dies in Blackpool is 73 compared to 80 in London. The life expectancy gap between the wealthiest and the poorest means that there’s a gap in equality in the way in which the state pension is paid out.

Zack Polanski torched 15 years of immigration hysteria on #BBCQT last night. Watching the small boats narrative unravel was pure catharsis. A rare moment of truth in a sea of manufactured panic.

@AlanOsborn8 @IlhanMN If the right won’t obey those standards, why should the left? It’s pretty clear that taking the high ground does the left no favours because the right see it as an opportunity to sink to even further lows. Let’s enjoy politicians saying what everyone’s thinking for once.

@biasbreakdown @mannyfidel Charlie Kirk said that black women did not have the brain processing power to be taken seriously. There is no possible way to be ignorant to that. To pretend it isn’t white supremacy and rank racism is to be ignorant yourself

@UnitedOpinion99 @benjonescricket Good for batting yeah. But having an opening stand of 180 odd on a day 5 pitch with one of the finest quicks of this generation going wicketless indicates too much of an advantage to the batters.

Perfect classical lines here, test cricket version of pure 4-4-2. Six batters, all-rounder at six. Keeper seven. Useful No8. Four right arm seamers and a finger spinner. Even got left hand right hand openers. Could be 1987. One quibble: captain ideally bats 3

@SamLewi27544805 @jimb0_12 Lords the past few years has been exceptionally flat, certainly the last two years. This game it’s been seaming off the deck like a spin delivery. Reckon it’s just been a really dry deck with exceptional fast bowling lending itself to seam movement

@subhashis09 @ADeshmukh24855 @Vithoba_ @Brendennel You shouldn’t be giving anyone options. It should be the ICC giving options and if one party behaves like a spoilt brat then they should be treated as such and ostracised. The BCCI giving people options is precisely the issue. It’s an outrageous imbalance of power.

My cricket tweet seems to have touched a nerve. Hundreds of Indian cricket fans telling me to "cry more". Sigh. It is what it is. But they miss the point. Does it benefit India if only India survives and everyone else can't play the game anymore. My guess is they dont care

@abhi111189 @manish_dev_ @Brendennel Was the World Cup played in Jammu and Kashmir? Was the Champions Trophy? If Pakistan brave security threats to play in India then the same must be done by India. Otherwise don’t bother playing in the tournament. It’s spoilt behaviour and it needs to stop.

@VoidManSpeaks The India Pakistan relationship is a bilateral one. If Pakistan can play in India with no issue, there is no reason to say that India can’t play in Pakistan. Being able to squad select for one pitch rather than four like the rest is an absolute joke and gives a massive advantage.

@ADeshmukh24855 @Vithoba_ @Brendennel Absolutely. Which is why the BCCI is emboldened to act this way. Which is why there has to stop being this infiltration of the ICC by members of the BCCI so we can have people standing up to them without having to push the red button and banning them from ICC comps.

@Vithoba_ @Brendennel Or, considering all countries have a right to host ICC tournaments, if you don’t want to travel to a certain country based on spurious concerns, then don’t participate. It’s that simple. This superiority God complex Indian cricket has needs to stop now

Every participant Team knows the schedule well before the tournament, India’s stand on visiting PAK is known well before planning schedule. Why don’t other countries not asked for whole tournament in Dubai itself ? Or may be Sri lanka? No one opposed when schedule was declared. All Teams agreed this model. When you gets eliminated you starting blame game ?
