Once enrolled in the program we completed a virtual assessment call and went straight into testing week. We measured, muscle size, strength, power, endurance, as well as jump height, reactive strength, and assessed landing mechanics. Immediately Steve could see the problem

Steve quickly realised, despite all the work he had put in, he had never once done testing, never been given targets to hit in his gym work and jumping and plyometrics were not even included in his previous rehab! Booking a call with me we both agreed on exactly what was needed.

9. Social Support (Work/Family/Financial commitments and constraints) ACL Recovery can be a mental and emotional rollercoaster at times, stresses related to family and work can amplify that anxiety. Psychological and social support is often overlooked, but so important for many.

8. Response to training stimulus Again a massive one, some people just put on muscle faster than others. Mostly impacted by nutrition, sleep, stress, and training consistency but it may be a genetic component as well. Remember it's you vs you, focus on what you can control
