The @FA Football Association wants to mandate that 1 in 4 football coaches come from a Black, Asian or other minority background. As the saying in football goes, this is utter woke nonsense. The game’s gone. Fans don’t care what the coach looks like. They just want the best person for the job, based on merit alone. That’s what gets results. Not tokenism. I’ve written to the FA urging a rethink. I’m happy to help them draw up a fairer policy. Let’s kick racism out of football, including anti-white racism.

Radical idea but how about we give the best person the job, no matter what colour they are? Stuff like this is condescending, divisive and breeds resentment. It’s also damaging the game. We should call DEI what it is: anti-white racism.

The FA has set a target for 25% of England men’s team coaches to come from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds by 2028. For the Lionesses’ coaching staff, the aim is 50% representation. The organisation has also stated that it wants women to make up 50% of its overall workforce by 2028.

That is completely fake, as firstly that only shows 12 seconds of a 30 seconds video, also you'll know the location is wrong. The leaflet was returned after having been read and that was confirmed by your very own Alan Cook. The person who originally posted that video was suspended from Reform for leaking an internal Video of a KCC Group meeting.

Hopefully so, I look forward to Reform actually bothering to turn up this time, in the General Election they couldn't be bothered and their former candidate has now joined Restore. You really can't make it up about how incompetent Reform are. At least it gives you time to think of some policies!!
