@Kbobish @alexandrakesman This is normally related to permission or security settings in the Production environment. Check you are System Admin and there's no restrictions around "Locking IPs to origination"

@CharlesMicah The apps are fully open sourced on GitHub, so I can't guarantee complete privacy on the Heroku instance but they can run the app on their own server or locally if they wish

@benedwards44 does your Package Builder have an official privacy policy or other such statement that it does not collect data/metadata from orgs? We have a customer who could benefit from this tool but would be nervous about authorizing unknown external apps.

Hey @salesforce #ohana -Anyone know how to get a hold of @benedwards44 about his awesome sfdctoolkit.co Heroku switch? We REALLY want it but can't get it to install in prod (works perfectly in SB). I've tried email, website & Twitter to see if he can help & no response!
