@nikicaga I like the implication that Libya, Tunisia, Sudan, and Chad have the highest IQs, and so they should be the most successful. Meanwhile Botswana with <70…

Given that the vast majority of Liberians can do these things, shouldn't this lead you to conclude the map and research are bullshit?

Got tons of feedback on the first version of this we posted. Some great, some… Constructive! 😅 Easy to just plow ahead. But I believe in getting things right. So I went back to the drawing board and made this design even better! Video breakdown 👉 youtube.com/watch?v=FNHX_d…

Converting office space into beautiful, functional housing isn’t easy — but “Easy” isn’t why I got into this gig. Working on this 4 bed unit now. Deep floor plates are a challenge but this layout is perfect for young families. Let’s unf***ck our cities!

@Lib_Development That’s fair. It’s still reckless and ineffective to get rid of rent control without loosening zoning first though. Even if you think rent control hurts affordability, which I don’t, it should only be a long term goal, not something for current conditions

@benekeny @holz_bau How are you, a man that works inside a freezer, complaining about a heat wave?
