On 16 March, I joined the Global Fraud Summit in Vienna to reaffirm Thailand’s commitment to combating online scams. I underscored that real progress requires political will, the rule of law, and strong international cooperation, alongside close public–private partnerships, to tackle all dimensions of this crime—from financial fraud and corruption to human rights abuses and forced criminality. I also emphasized that those countries that allow these criminal operations to fester must demonstrate the strongest and most sincere commitment to shutting them down. Thailand stands ready to work with all partners to turn commitments into action.
