@NortonMpls I was getting on the light rail at Nicollet Mall yesterday and saw what I thought was horse dung in the intersection, I was so confused.

Minneapolis police are riding horses around Uptown. Seems like an antiquated way to get around the city, but it’s important to remember that it’s also very expensive and inefficient.

@vincempls There actually is a penal system for bad architects. They are forced into house arrest forever to dwell in the worst Frank Lloyd Wright residential designs: the ones with leaky roofs, low ceilings and structure flaws making the foundation come apart at the seams.

Multifood Tower, pinkish-brown prefab aggregate on a windowless plinth, drains the soul out of the streetscape and is among THE reasons Nicollet Mall looks like crap. It was bad in 1981, it's really terrible now. Time for it to go. Is there a special prison for bad architects?
