@_austrian USED to be a good, reliable airline. Now, nothing but pointless delays and canceled flights. #TravelTip ~ Avoid #ViennaAirport and #AustrianAirlines ~ perfect weather, no issues, but loads of canceled flights and delays without explanation or adequate assistance.

@_austrian No. First flight was canceled. New flight delayed. Going to miss connection. Etc. etc. And no one seems to have any helpful information. Everyone is nice, and nice is great, but I would prefer useful information and a competent airline.
