@sainsburys Hello, The system was up and running perfectly well, 6-7 hours before my order was to arrive. There is no reason why sainsburys couldn’t contact those priority customer informing them the order is actually failed. I was informed 1 hour after due delivery. I’ve lost vouchers??

@sainsburys I had an email 1 hour after my booking slot, deducted my bank and refund in a week. A non negotiable £10 coupon for all this messing around. No booking slots to use it, apauling!
