Personally, I have epilepsy with seizures that occur on the cusp of sleep when overtired, (so bedtime anxiety & insomnia in a feedback loop) plus medication that means I avoid alcohol, so I'm also keen to see this legislation not derailed by 'commonsense'/prejudice
