The Commanders hired Keenan Guthrie as a scouting associate. Guthrie, a former Northern Colorado linebacker, is the nephew of 49ers GM John Lynch. nephew. Guthrie also played for Luke McCaffrey's dad, Ed, at Northern Colorado.

@LeBatardShow @MichaelRyanRuiz @Trysta_Krick I can guarantee you that dude that’s doing all that yelling and bitching is a fucking liberal who thinks dudes with dicks should be playing in female sports. That’s the type of pussy you can tell he is.

@bennyk @RealSkipBayless Nah. Debate shows have always been a rip-off of the original Skip and Stephen A. run. After 10 years of watching people mimic the formula, it’s really nice to see that the people who created the formula are untouchable when they use it.

Friday wasn't a reunion. It was a rebirth. It was a relaunch. It was just a restart of the greatest thing that has ever happened to me in my lifetime

@CCMilani But I will say that McMahon going into la without anybody else really trying to bid for the territory in hindsight is crazy to think about

@CCMilani No sir .....y'all did take a insane dive into that subject ....but widely it has been over looked even by "historians of wrestling".... But your podcast did. A deep a dive as probably possible on it

Sir, I am literally stunned at this response. We took an insane dive into Los Angeles and Detroit. mcadampod.com

@CCMilani The Detroit market and the la market being left wide open to McMahon during 84 has not been spoken about enough...

Not always. Hogan bombed in his first appearances in Miami, Dallas, Detroit, Cincinnati, Memphis, Columbus, Louisville...those are just off the top of my head. Most of them eventually came around (especially Detroit) and in some cases you could *maybe* blame outside factors.
Brohio@JimTresselJunr

@CCMilani He was always great for the 1st visit to a new city, the follow ups were not great.

@CCMilani I'm not a big hogan apologist or anything but in the south especially rural south unless you was getting wwf home videos you had very little access to hogan....but by time Austin was on top he was way more accessible to those areas

People have interesting imaginations. Hogan did NOT sell out every arena, even at his 1984 - 1986 peak. Not even close. Was he hugely successful, like nothing we'd ever seen before? Yes! No offense, but why not just leave it at that and not delve into a fantasy?
Castor Troy@CastorTroyInc

@davemeltzerWON Austin was not a bigger draw. Hogan sold out every arena he was in without widespread access to cable television and the internet. Prices changed due to inflation. Hogan was a top draw from 84-2004. Austin lasted 3 years. You are a grade A dumba$$

Sonny Styles to wear 52. So happy about this! Was fearing a single digit number. Rocky McIntosh, Corey Raymer and Jamin Davis move over.
