🚨 #PaperAlert 🚨 In our @ScienceAdvances paper, we used homology and AlphaFold (AF) models for docking, with AF yielding a higher hit-rate. 🎯 A compound found by docking to AF models was optimized and exhibited antipsychotic-like effects in WT mice 🐁 but not in TAAR1 KO🚫.
