Lovable: $100M ARR in 8 months. Replit: $10M to $100M in 9 months. No-code AI builders are the fastest-growing software category in history. Google just shipped a free-in-beta version to 160+ countries with 1.8 billion accounts as the distribution channel. The math is straightforward. Lovable charges $25/month per user. Google charges $0 today and can subsidize longer than any startup can burn. Lovable needs Supabase for backend. Google auto-provisions everything through Gemini, Imagen, and Veo. Lovable deploys to Netlify. Google deploys to Google Cloud with one click. The no-code startups spent 2024-2025 proving the market exists. Google spent that time watching, then shipped Opal with agentic model routing plugged into the largest consumer platform on earth. This tells you everything about how Google sequences market entry. Let startups validate demand and educate the market, then arrive with ecosystem integration and a subsidized price point. The startups won’t die. But their TAM just got a ceiling, and that ceiling is however much of the market Google decides to leave on the table.

Opal, our no-code visual builder for AI workflows, just got a major upgrade. 🧠💎 We’ve added a new agent step that analyzes your goal, determines the best approach, and automatically calls the right tools — such as Veo for video or web search for research — to complete the task. We’re also adding new tools to make the agent even more capable: 💾 Memory – Remember info, like a user’s name or your style preferences across sessions. 🚀 Dynamic Routing – Let the agent choose the next best step using the “@ Go to” tool. 💬 Interactive Chat – Initiate user interactions to gather missing information or present options before moving on.

2026 is an inflection point. It’s the best time in history to be an indiehacker, and also maybe the last. I’m removing all distractions and building way more this year. Lock in, ladies and gents.

You’re building solo. You can only make 1 hire. Who gets the seat? – A marketer who brings you users – An engineer who ships at lightning speed Which one do you choose?

I've been coding with the same stack for 10 years. Instead of chasing the new shiny thing, I built my own reusable templates and packages. I can now plug them into Notiondesk or any new project instantly. Velocity >>> novelty. Am I the only one refusing to switch?

✨ I tried Claude Code cause @marckohlbrugge kept telling me too and asked it to make this inpaint editor for Photo AI I had this idea of some 🌈 holographic paint brush strokes so I just asked it and it one shotted this glowing JS code for , extremely cool because I could never make this myself without AI All vanilla jQuery code also no libraries (as usual) The inpaint editor lets you edit any of your phtoos AND it uses your AI model so even if you touch the face it still looks like your model unlike regular AI image editors! Also this brings my editing (and all my features now) in-house (before it was an embedded Photopea editor)
@levelsio@levelsio

🌟 New mini feature today on Photo AI It now auto recognizes your model's attributes when you upload photos of yourself Like gender, age, ethnicity, eye color, etc This uses @xAI's @Grok because it's the least restricted and other models don't let you do any identity type stuff due to safety (???) This saves new users a few more seconds when creating new models: training a model takes only about 30 seconds now, and then it also auto generates free sample pics for you in about 5-10 seconds So in under a minute of signing up and uploading a few selfies you got your first AI photo shoot pics I learnt the faster I get new users to the classic "WOW" moment the happier they get and the less churn I get 😊
