@berkopes That’s a systems insight, not a soft one. When emotional needs are designed for instead of treated as extras, you don’t just raise smarter kids, you raise adults who can actually live with each other.

Building what people need emotionally may get us closer to joyful adults. Empathy and kindness are traits to be valued and are built from a smarter system that understands education’s role in co-parenting and co-raising young people. #education #joyfuladults
