@brockpalen Sorry for the delay. What I mean is that GPUs are generally in short supply because of insane demand and supply chain issues (still). Also, in the cloud, it's hard to find enough in allocation groups to do serious computing. GPUs are heavily utilized by crypto and ML in the cloud

@bermanism I'm reading your July 2022 Cloud vs. On-Prem for Life Sciences. I'm curious what your experience was to warrant the GPU comment: "they aren't so available really". Can you expand on what that means?

I am much more worried about other humans destroying society than I am about #ArtificialIntelligence #AI doing so.
