@KSchnickelfritz Cellulite can often look worse in individuals with hEDS. Loose connective tissue can lead the to dimpling of cellulite being more pronounced. Stretch marks are often worse too- stretchy skin expands further and underlying layers get tears leading to an increase in stretch marks.

I’ve never had cellulite. I used to think it was because I had low body weight but I’m definitely not in that group now and I have only just realised that I still don’t have it. Is it a hEDS thing?

Headway UK - the brain injury association
Over the years, we've learned that everyone talks about their brain injury differently. Some people use the term brain injury. Others might say 'since my accident', 'since I hit my head', or 'after my stroke'. Do you use the term 'brain injury', or something else? What words do you use when talking about it with friends, family or online? If you're comfortable sharing, we'd love to hear in the comments.

@thecolonel18453 @AndyPlumb4 No, the sign of the times is that many people are holding men to account for things they should always have been held to account for.

@bermer_b @AndyPlumb4 I'm not condoning any such thing, and I myself wouldn't accept the offer. But there is enough evidence online to suggest many would..!! It's a sign of the times I'm sorry, but it is..!!

If I had asked my mum to lend me a considerable amount of money to silence a young woman from ever speaking about the sexual offences I had committed against her, fuck me, she would have dragged me to nearest police station by my bollocks! But no, not the old fucking Queen!

@garwalbion @MareeHall2 @AndyPlumb4 Civil suits have a lower burden of proof than criminal. He knew that it was not going to go in his favour. Either he offered to settle it the court would force him to. It was an absolute admission of guilt. Virginia Giuffre deserved every penny.

@thecolonel18453 @AndyPlumb4 Oh, come on. You’re condoning 40 year old men having sex with minors. Even if she’d been 18, it still would haven’t morally wrong!

@AndyPlumb4 What sexual "offences" were those then..? As far as I know it was Epstein that committed any offence, Andrew just had consensual sex with a willing partner..!! What he did was not ethically right but show me a Forty year old man that would have said "no"..!!

@AndyPlumb4 @robyoung20 She isn’t around any more to ask why she settled. However, there is no doubt that she was owed every single penny she received. He didn’t have the money to pay it himself but the Queen did. Should she not have paid it? Would that not have been worse?

@AndyPlumb4 @robyoung20 The only option open to Virginia Giuffre, under American law, was a civil suit. Financial compensation was one of the only possible outcomes. She chose to settle and that was her right as a victim. It didn’t clear his name or hide what he had done. It was an admission of guilt +

@SiobhanMc80 @SaraONeillArt Do you think Virginia Giuffre didn’t deserve the payment she received? A civil case was the only option open to her. A financial settlement was one of the only outcomes she could receive. She was entitled to every penny of it. It didn’t hide his guilt. It proved it.

@BladeoftheS @Alison_PawsUK Of course, you know not every member of the armed forces serves on the frontline - royalty or not. Putting royalty on the frontline hugely increases the risk for servicemen. Harry didn’t care about that risk when he insisted on going to Afghanistan 🤔

@alison1752 @hol40900 They facilitated the payment that Andrew’s victim deserved to be paid. A civil law suit was the only option open to her. If your son had raped someone, wouldn’t you want his victims to be compensated?

If £7 million was found to shield a prince from court while families queued at food banks, what does that say about priorities? Stop worshipping crowns and start demanding answers. This country belongs to the people, not the palace. #AbolishTheMonarchy

@hol40900 How can you loan £12m to somebody who doesn't work or have an earned income???. The Queen paid the money, our money to save her pathetic criminal son. Get him arrested and abolish this family of benefit scroungers and leeches. These so called elite think they are untouchable 😡😡

She would have known exactly why her son wanted twelve million quid. She would have known exactly that it was hush money to silence Virginia Giuffre. She would have known exactly that her own child was a sex offender. She was complicit in the attempted coverup. #Abolish

@bermer_b @deborahbrian @Paula_JKnight backstepping on all the effort I’ve put in and all I have endured, and pushing me further away from discharge because the more dehydrated I am the less enterally I can sustain because my POTS and ME symptoms get worse alongside my bowel stopping moving and reduced urine output

@hopefullizzy @deborahbrian @Paula_JKnight try to achieve that orally or enterally. Unfortunately long term enteral feeding contributes to reflux, regurgitation, loose stools etc and it becomes a really difficult situation to manage clinically. It would be wrong of them though, not to try to remove IV fluids.

@hopefullizzy @deborahbrian @Paula_JKnight Lizzy, I suppose the issue from a clinical perspective is that they want to move towards a position where if recovery is not fully attainable, then at least stability is. In the long-term you cannot remain on IV fluids. They carry a risk of infection etc. So they need to try to+

@202bn35Brigade @Mpolymer He had been disarmed at this point. Of course, if this had been handled in non-chaotic way, the officer who disarmed him, would have apprised the other officers of that fact. Risk removed = don’t shoot in the back. He showed no intention of drawing arms, at any point.

BREAKING: A newly-released angle of the Minneapolis shooting shows clearly Alex Pretti was disarmed by ICE before they shot him 14 times. He was filming with his phone. A woman got shoved into him. Then they pepper sprayed him. Kristi Noem is lying. Believe your own eyes.
