@AgrilandIreland Hi Richard, the 30% Global Methane Pledge is primarily about fossil fuel leaks. Biogenic methane is only part of it and set at 10%, the same as in AgClimatise and FoodVision2030.

@JerryMoloney1 We find it takes too long to move across the face of the pit with the shear grab. With the bucket we just pick off about 12in’s at a time. Tilt it back full and from the top down rub the bucket against the face of the pit to make it smooth. Take abit of time but imo worth it.

@bernardfoley00 Just on that why I’m thinking of adding the binder is I’m feeding it now right thru to June maby longer as a buffer ,.have shear grab ,pit clean but warmer weather would be my concern

Great to hear alot of people have been saying this for years very thankful theres an independent body looking at other farm systems. A higher producing well fed cow is an efficient cow 👌👌
