@_alicebeer Almost 3 weeks since I ordered a Laptop from Currys. I have received no reply from any of the emails I have sent Currys. Currys agents have hung up on me, lied to me that I would get a call back from a manager. Zero action being taken to resolve mess-ups with order handling.

Please contact me if you have an outstanding Currys/Dixons/PCWorld complaint. The company is working with me to resolve as a matter of urgency. #curryspcworld

@Currys_irl Day 20 since I ordered a laptop from Currys online. Numerous phone calls, contacts to Currys online webchat, PM over Facebook. Radio silence from my emails. No follow-up from Currys. Broken promises!!!!. Can someone let me know if Currys is a legit Company????
