Gluten allergy isnt real. The vast majority of people with a "gluten intollerance" are vegan. They feel sick because theyre vegan and their body cant digest food properly, but they refuse to admit it, so they blame it on bread. The same people will eat a million other products with gluten without ever realizing it, and feel no different, but wont eat bread. Soy sauce is liquid gluten, yet these gluten free people love soy sauce. Most sauces are slap full of gluten. Bbq sauce, ketchup, mustard, and more. They love oat milk, yet oat is literally gluten. Literally ALL immitation meat has gluten based ingredients. Almost all seasonings contain gluten in the form of anti caking agents. And they dont seem to get sick from any of these things because they dont even know they have gluten in them. They only get sick if they KNOW it has gluten. Funny how that works, right?
