I tend to find only characters that I've formed emotional attachments to attractive, so Kisame's shark-like appearance is definitely a part of the appeal to me. Besides, attractiveness is subjective. For example, I don't find Kakashi or Minato hot one bit

I'm aware this moment exists to hype Guy, but the way Itachi warns Kisame to not underestimate Guy and rush in is adorable. Taijutsu specialist that doesn't use chakra is Kisame's worst match, and Itachi knows it. In his own reserved way, he's looking out for his partner.
