@Adam0193 @MichaelderBeste there are other pokemon that can learn knock off. incin is too prominent at any format in VGC and it needed to be knocked down a peg. it just means that it's gonna give other pokemon who have knock off a niche rather than have incin do everything.

@bertcamemcus @MichaelderBeste In terms of the protect change, having the extra PP against things like dondozo really helps. There’s also matches in S/V where having the extra PP gives you more wiggle room. 8 is not enough.
Incin losing knock off is bad in cases like needing to get rid of a clear amulet or AV.
