So a boy…is competing with other boys. I fail to see the problem here. If this boy is capable of being competitive against other boys - as he clearly is - then that certainly says a lot about the capabilities of the boys who ARE cheating girls out of victories and titles and chances to compete.

Even if you support an income tax, the enormous challenge in WA state is that the track record of the current party in power is one of waste, fraud, and mismanagement. WA taxpayers fund billions, but these all got measurably WORSE since 2010: 1. Homelessness 2. Crime rates 3. K-12 test scores 4. Housing affordability 5. Student homelessness 6. Chronic homelessness 7. Property crime 8. Education performance 9. Encampments 10. Cost of living You should have zero belief that they will spend any money they take from taxpayers in an effective and meaningful manner or with any fiscal responsibility.
Chamath Palihapitiya@chamath

We all know what some feel uncomfortable saying: Most taxes are WASTED. They are leaked and grifted into all kinds of programs that sound good on the surface. But that’s the lie that is told so politicians can take more of your earnings and dole it out to win votes and stay in power. But it also turns out that people aren’t stupid and know the game. So the states that admit this by breaking away from the hamster wheel of increased taxation are winning. While those who continue to try and sell the lie are losing. At the limit, those losing states are leaking so much revenue that they will eventually lose so much tax revenue as to be effectively insolvent. Remember this data is just from 2023…we are in mid 2026 so another two years of this trend is already in the books.

The SAVE America Act makes it harder for American citizens to vote. It hands private voter data over to DHS and adds costly hurdles just to register. We should be making it easier for Americans to have their voices heard and have their right to vote — not harder.

We are about to turn 2 at @xx_xyathletics. We launched the brand with this ad on March 25, 2024. It's called Stand Up. We scrimped to pull it off - mostly shot on an iPhone, and we borrowed footage from friends (thank you @Riley_Gaines_ and @paytonmcnabb_ ). It articulates a clear mission for the brand. We stand up for female athletes. And we ask you to join us. It works not because of big fancy budgets but because it speaks the truth. 3 months after launching @tiktok_us banned us from advertising because of this video. And yesterday, we got a blanket (no specifics offered) suspension of our ad account from Meta. We need your help. Be our media and spread the word. Grassroots, old school style. Tell a friend. Please share the ad. Stand up.

@PattyMurray If the possibility of commiting voter fraud is as low as you claim, then you should just vote for it and appease 85% of the population. No harm, no foul. It doesn't need to be rampant. Common sense safeguards.

This is what a 34 week old baby looks like outside the womb. The UK just voted in favor of killing an unborn child at this age. For no reason, just because someone wants to. They call it “reproductive rights” because they refuse to call it what it is: murder.

BREAKING: The "pregnant Venezuelan" who was "separated from her small child" that far-left activists have been protesting for after she was arrested by federal agents in Seattle near UW, is allegedly a Tren de Aragua sex trafficker. The criminal complaint accuses her of participating in a coordinated scheme to recruit and exploit women- primarily from Venezuela—for commercial sex acts in cities including New York & Seattle. And she was arrested near the largest university in the state.

I was trying to explain to someone yesterday why women defend single-sex spaces. “Imagine you were forced into an enclosed space with a strange man and told to take your top off in front of him. No choice. No opting out.” “That’s different,” they said. “That’s basically sexual assault.” “Exactly,” I replied. “Now imagine the man is wearing women’s clothes - but you still know he’s a man.” You could literally see the penny drop. This is the grown-up version of being plied with cider at a party, shoved into a cupboard with a boy - then being told you’re frigid if you don’t do what he wants. Only now, frigid has been replaced with bigot.

If you are exposing fraud in a state and the Governor of that state attacks you for exposing the fraud and not the fraudster committing the fraud they are most likely well aware and possibly in on the fraud. Simple.

This should have been on the front page of The New York Times. I speak to students in America and most have no idea that more than 30,000 Iranians were killed for protesting and demanding freedom. No names. No faces. No coverage. This silence kills me.💔 Thank you, Australia.

𝗖𝗡𝗡 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗧-𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗛𝗨𝗖𝗞 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗜𝗥 Chuck Schumer stood on the Senate floor just now and declared the SAVE America Act appeals to "only the most fringe element of the MAGA base" and that "most Americans do not support" it. CNN — 𝗖𝗡𝗡 — immediately put up a graphic that destroyed him in real time. Favor photo ID to vote: White Americans: 𝟴𝟱% Latino Americans: 𝟴𝟮% Black Americans: 𝟳𝟲% The CNN anchor's verdict: 𝘷𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘐𝘋 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘺. 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘺 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘺. 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘺 𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘦. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘫𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘪𝘵. Notice what those numbers mean for Schumer's specific claim. He said this bill only appeals to the MAGA fringe. 76% of Black Americans support photo ID to vote. Black Americans do not vote MAGA at 76%. That number destroys his entire argument before he finishes the sentence. Schumer isn't confused about the polling. He knows these numbers. Every Democrat in that chamber knows these numbers. They aren't opposing this bill because it's unpopular — they're opposing it because it works. A bill that confirms only citizens vote removes the electoral infrastructure they spent years building. That's the whole game. Chuck Schumer called 76% of Black Americans, 82% of Latino Americans, and 85% of white Americans the "fringe MAGA base." Every Republican senator should be playing this clip on a loop between now and the midterms. And then they should nuke the filibuster and pass the bill.

National Review picked up the investigation into Somali daycare fraud in Washington state and unsurprisingly, found a lot of discrepancies. Just some of the things they found: * Multiple registered Somali daycares had broken websites, fake phone numbers, or were located in non daycare types of places. *DCYF grants favor “culturally responsive programming”, probably illegally. *Several Somali daycares are being ran out of the same addresses, often by different relatives. * Somali language daycares make up a disproportionate amount of total daycares vs their population. Nobody is saying that all of these daycares are fraudulent. At the same time, no community gets a pass on accountability when taking taxpayer funds. There is an increasing amount of smoke and the firefighters (AG Nick Brown; DCYF; the State Auditor) don't seem to care that there is probably fire. To add insult to it all, Olympia Democrats passed up multiple opportunities this session to clamp down on potential fraud. Worth reading the article. @TheMaliaMarks | @abigailandwords | @NRO 'Washington State’s Somali-Run Daycare Centers Take in Millions of Taxpayer Dollars. Really impressive that our incredibly talented astronauts are improving the solar power systems in space. It’s a crying shame that down on earth a president is driving up our electricity bills by trying to kill solar energy and wind energy every chance he gets.
