@FragranceShopUK terrible customer service , parcel arrived damaged with a bottle of aftershave missing , ordered 4 items only received 3 been emailing and sent ring doorbell evidence and been a month and nothing
@Beer52HQ can you please tell me ,why my 16 year old was able to purchase a bottle of whisky and a box of 10 craft beers from yourselves , and you also charged him £70 for the privilege, do you not ask for ID ? I am disgusted, I will be taking this further
@HiltonHotels checked out of room on February 3rd after staying for 5 nights at your hotel on Times Square , I was charge a $500 deposit on arrival which I was told would be refunded , lo and behold said money is still pending in my account and has been since the 30th of Jan
@virginmedia Not just in the local area again unfortunately from what I have seen on social media so far it’s a 10 mile radius , what is the problem all the time , our internet is more off than on , when it works it’s brilliant but service just doesn’t last , without internet every month

@virginmedia no internet again I’m my area , been over 8 hours now , when are you going to sort this problem out ? Off for over 40 hours the last time , was promised compensation, still waiting for that , but would love to know how you keep providing such a bad service
@virginmedia I have spoken to someone on webchat this morning they said they were aware there was a problem but can see that there is a problem in our area and that engineers will be sent to fix problem but no timeframe given , I hope it’s not another 2 days with no internet

Is there any local outage or known fault listed as affecting you? There should also be an estimated fix time/date 👉 virg.in/service or by calling 📞 0800 561 0061. @virginmedia no internet again in my area, only 2 weeks ago we were 30 hours without internet hope it won’t take so long this time for your useless company to sort it out. Paying £45 a month for what ??
@virginmedia Area experience problems with our internet , sometimes it only goes down for an hour or two but we are now over 14 hours , a courtesy text would be the way forward and to acknowledge that there are problems

@virginmedia no internet for 13 hours in our area , customer service is non existent, and this happens far too often , pay £45 a month for a service which is way below par , I can’t wait for my contract to end fed up of the worse service ever

@AskPlayStation Shame that Sony can also blacklist your console without reason and just say you broke the code of conduct , my son is now the proud owner of a £500 lump of plastic , console blacklisted but PSN not , make me sick

@AskPlayStation My sons account has been completely blacklisted so his PlayStation 5 is now useless , which is a good thing but no reason why he has been banned , no way to contact you to find out why either only thing the email we received states that he breached code of

@PlayStationUK my son was on his dads PlayStation playing with a friend of his , my husband had an email stating that there had been a breach of conduct on his PlayStation and within 10 minutes had a complete ban from PlayStation, it does not state why , what can we do
@Get_Licensed can you please tell me why after my husband passed his top up course we can’t get a copy of his certificate or a certificate number from yourselves , paid all that money and now can’t renew his license due to your customer support being unable to do a job
@The_Oodie placed an order 10 days ago , no updates at all and order hasn’t even been processed or sent , no way to contact customer support , how can you rip people off like this ? Not like the items are cheap even
