Bank holiday Saturday sucesses. Smoked lamb shoulders, smoked celeriac, smoked brined turkey legs, charred corn with a pump linseed butter, and my first ever sausage roll, as a treat. And some bonus butternut squash and feta rolls. Full on chaos host mode and I enjoyed it.
